Most residents praise the location and the office staff, especially Ashley who handles move-ins with genuine care and patience. Maintenance responds quickly to requests and the community feels calm. However, several long-standing problems persist: parking lot and mailbox security lapses have led to thefts and break-ins, pests and mold appeared in units, and communication failures include ignored emails and sudden billing months after move-out. The divide is sharp. Newer or current residents tend to have smooth leasing experiences and clean units. Longer-term residents report chronic security neglect, maintenance delays, and neighbor-related odor seeping through walls. Staff warmth appears genuine but cannot overcome systemic gaps in security oversight and administrative follow-up.
