Most residents report a peaceful, well-run community where maintenance responds quickly and staff remembers their names. The grounds feel private despite proximity to U.S. 183, with mature trees and walking trails where residents spot deer and wildlife. Several longtime tenants renewed leases and chose to stay longer than planned. However, two significant complaints temper this picture. One recent resident dealt with widespread fire ants and alleged poor management response; another felt misled about washer/dryer inclusions and uneven flooring in a unit marketed as renovated.
