The Prado
Residents living at the Prado report a property that is clean and well-maintained, with spacious apartments and responsive maintenance. The leasing team (particularly Bell, Navi, Holly, and Katie) earn consistent praise for warmth, communication, and going beyond expectations during tours and move-ins. However, a recurring and serious issue emerges: a persistent roach infestation throughout the building that continues despite scheduled pest control treatments, coupled with scheduling inflexibility that asks residents to rearrange work schedules with wide service windows and no specific appointment times. One prospective renter also experienced discrepancies during the tour-booking process, though management later reached out to clarify the situation. The disconnect is stark. Most residents express genuine satisfaction with their living experience and staff interactions, citing community events and amenities as reasons the place feels like home. The pest problem, however, directly contradicts the luxury positioning and creates real stress for affected residents who must repeatedly leave windows of several hours open for treatments that do not resolve the issue. This is not an isolated complaint: two separate one-star reviews within the past month center entirely on roaches and infestation."
