Legacy Rental Homes

4.1(33)✓ Google-verified

Victoria, the leasing officer, receives consistent praise for patience, kindness, and clear communication during the rental process. However, recent residents report serious move-in condition problems-dirty units, missing appliances, pest infestations, and broken systems-with maintenance staff failing to complete repairs as promised. Some tenants describe unexpected rent hikes months into their lease and describe management as dismissive of concerns. Long-term residents and those without maintenance issues report satisfaction with the community and neighborhood.

Amberlin Pflugerville

4.8(82)✓ Google-verified

Amberlin Pflugerville draws consistent praise for its tight-knit culture where residents genuinely befriend one another. Staff members Stephanie, Nicholas, and Mark earn repeated recognition for treating residents as family and solving problems hands-on, from apartment setup to maintenance requests. A significant friction point emerges around enforcement of the 55+ community standard. One resident reported extended family and children living in units, creating noise for neighbors, with management slow to act. First-floor pest issues also went unresolved in that account, though no other reviews mention bugs. Most reviewers celebrate the pool, gym, regular events, and pet-friendly policies as cornerstones of active, connected living.

Collier Apartments

4.1(313)✓ Google-verified

Collier is a mixed bag shaped by management transition. Many residents praise the welcoming staff, speedy fixes, and appealing spaces with a dog park; lease extensions and heartfelt testimonials from long-term residents reflect genuine satisfaction. However, recent reviews highlight a sharp divide: new management (Knightvest) has drawn complaints about unresponsive AC repairs during heat, pest infestations, condescending leasing staff, and rules applied inconsistently. Maintenance tickets sometimes sit unresolved for over a week, and residents report health concerns go unaddressed. Timing matters here. Positive reviews clustered months ago praise former management and named staff like Sofia, Genesis, and Angelo. Recent one-star reviews, concentrated in the last two months, point to Knightvest's acquisition as a turning point. Current residents report unresponsive emergency maintenance, poor communication, and a shift in the property's priorities. Those seeking stability and community should ask whether the new ownership has stabilized these issues since the most recent complaints.
