Recent positive reviews highlight strong customer service from new management, particularly Yansi and Veronica, alongside reported renovations and quick maintenance response. However, a detailed account from a two-year resident describes serious problems: multiple water leaks, a falling AC vent that caused injury, bed bug infestation treated only once despite ongoing bites, cockroach infestations, disputed charges totaling nearly $1,000, and a wrongful vehicle towing. The stark divide between recent five-star reviews and older complaints suggests significant management or ownership changes have begun repairs, though past tenant harm and ongoing maintenance credibility remain concerns. The business claims equal opportunity housing and handicap-friendly operations. Staff including Yansi Diaz and Veronica are consistently named in positive reviews. Complainants raised alarm about potential fake reviews and mentioned neighbors willing to provide statements about conditions. One recent tenant disputes higher rent than neighbors for comparable units.
